Honey is a natural product produced by bees from the nectar of flowers. Mono floral honeys are produced from the nectar of a single species of flower, giving them a unique and distinct flavor. Admiral Farm, the agricultural division of Admiral Group SA, produces a variety of high-quality mono floral honeys, including acacia, chestnut, rosemary and lavender honeys.
Our approach to sustainable beekeeping involves using environmentally friendly practices to raise healthy and productive bees. We have hives located in areas far from urban and industrial zones to minimize our bees' exposure to pollutants and chemicals. We also use natural methods to combat pests and diseases, rather than resorting to harmful chemicals.
Our acacia honey has a mild and delicate flavor, while our chestnut honey has a more robust and woody flavor. Our rosemary honey has a herbaceous and aromatic flavor, while our lavender honey has a floral and sweet flavor. Each of our mono floral honeys has unique and beneficial health properties.
We also work closely with local beekeepers to help them improve their beekeeping practices and increase their productivity. We offer training and workshops on sustainable beekeeping, as well as consulting and support services to help beekeepers improve the health and well-being of their bees.
By practicing sustainable beekeeping, we also contribute to the pollination of surrounding crops, which improves agricultural productivity and biodiversity.
